Community Building
Services

Community building services are designed to meet the current needs of existing digital rights networks across the globe. Our collaborative, innovative approach has been celebrated for growing the community in a diverse and equitable way, and changing the culture to be healthier, diverse and equitable. In fact, many of our tools and strategies, licensed under CC, are used by entities across the globe.

The Community Mental Health Program

  • Community Health Report

  • Psychosocial services and tools

Our Community Mental Health Program is designed to improve the health and wellbeing of Digital Rights and Internet Freedom (IF) communities and networks around the world. It is comprised of a Community health Report, which provides, through a community lens, a deeper insight into the psychosocial challenges IF networks are having in regards to community engagement, talent retention, growth, and mental health. Based on the finding of the report, we design services and tools for digital rights defenders ranging from self-care group sessions, to psycho-educational presentations on mental health, to consultation to internal teams at diverse organizations.

Network & Capacity Building

We implement a variety of network and capacity building initiatives that are co-designed with our community. These initiatives are meant to build trust across regions and disciplines, help onboard new communities and individuals to the digital rights space so they can obtain the knowledge and information they need to protect themselves, and help foster collaboration and solidarity between different groups.

We welcome you to join us, and find out how you can get involved with the digital rights community.
