Why Should I attend?

  • Meet leading organizations at the intersection of technology, human rights, and social justice, working on the most important issues facing our world.

  • Expand your network and learn about the opportunities available in the digital rights field, whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting your career.

  • Learn how your skillset can be useful to organizations advancing digital rights and internet freedom worldwide! We are looking for all types of profiles and backgrounds. Folks new to the digital rights field are highly encouraged to come!

Why are you doing this?

Many of our community members have expressed the need to better network with recruiters given the cancelation of many in-person events. While a virtual Job Fair can never replace the interactions that take place during gatherings, it provides us with a space to connect with each other.

Who is Participating?

We encourage you to check out the list of participating organizations on the RSVP form. We continue to add organizations every week.

How Can I Prepare?

  • Make sure to provide as much detail as you can about yourself in the RSVP form where we ask you to share links to your CV and portfolio, and answer a few questions about yourself. In some cases, we are trying to make connections between candidates and recruiters before the fair.

  • Checking out our Digital Rights Job Board, especially the list of jobs from organizations participating in the fair.

  • If you are new to digital rights, make sure to attend the Kick-Off Session where we will discussing how to break into the field, among other topics.

  • Make sure to have questions prepared for the organizations that will be participating in the fair.
